One day, three wicked dacoits entered a merchant’s house and robbed all his wealth. On their way back, the dacoits felt hungry. So they stopped near a market. One of them went to the market to buy some food. The two other dacoits who stayed back with wealth, planned to kill their friend. They wanted to deprive the third dacoit of his share.
The third dacoit bought food and mixed poison into it. He also wanted. to enjoy the total wealth himself. So he planned to kill them by giving them poisonous food.
As the dacoit returned from the market, the other two dacoits killed him. Then they consumed the poisonous food and soon died on the spot.
The people saw that three dacoits were lying dead with a bag containing treasures. They heard about the robbery from the merchant’s house. So they at once informed the merchant. He came and collected his treasures. He became very happy by getting back all his lost, wealth.
Moral: Evil deed ends in death.
